You can listen to the latest edition of Hamilton Sound on-line by going to the 'Listen' page.

You can stream any issue to your preferred media player or download it for storing on your computer or iPOD - select it from the following table.

 

You can also download or stream audio versions of leaflets and brochures produced by South Lanarkshire Council and other public bodies by visiting our Public Information Page.

To download an Issue

Click on 'Download' for the issue you wish from the list above - a 'File Download' dialogue box which will be displayed

Click 'Save' and choose where you wish the file to be placed on your PC in the 'Save As' dialogue  box.  You can change the file name at this point if you wish.

The file will now start downloading and a progress bar will be displayed.

When downloading has completed you can choose to open the downloaded ZIP file or open the folder that contains it.  The ZIP file will contain the mp3 files for all of the Hamilton Sound tracks for the chosen issue plus an m3u playlist file.

Use your usual utility software to store these to your portable device.

To stream an Issue to your default media player

Click on 'Stream' for the issue you wish and the selected Issue will immediately start to play in the default media player you have set up for your PC.

You can navigate through the material by using the skip forward and back facilities on your player (if provided).

Go to our 'Listen' page to automatically stream the latest issue to your web browser.
